Some Better News

..for those of you who like reading about my web designing, as opposed to my game making. This is a little thing I spend some time on this week. It’s probably what AMP 9.0 is going to look like, unless DaxterSpeed destroys it like he did AMP 8.5.

Let me know your thoughts.

It uses a ton of CSS3 for gradients and borders, but I’m going to strip that all out for the production site for images instead.

Sneak Peek at AMP 9.0?

After I’ve read some tutorials on how to make stuff look more “Web 2.0″-ish, I decided to start reworking on my own theme.

Big Image

I’m thinking this is going to be part of the header, and the blue might be too bright, but I’m just trying to show that I’m headed in the right direction.

Ignore any blockiness around the logo, I just put that in for testing.

Shiny New Layout

Remember when I made a post about this like…a month ago? Well you probably could have predicted that it wouldn’t get up until now, knowing how progress usually progresses at Andrew Media Productions. Anyway, I liked these theme better than the old one, and as usual I’ll being updating the other sites. But Andrew Media Productions actually has something bigger coming its way. What’s that you ask? We’ll you’ll just have to wait and find out.

(aka it may never happen, but we’ll see)

And The Other Sites Are Up Too

AndrewAnimation.biz and AndrewAnimation.biz/plugins now have this theme, which I’ve been meaning to do for a while. If you find any bugs, please let me know.

Also, AndrewAnimation.com redirects to this site now too. :-)

Yet Another New Theme

So yeah, remember how I told you I was redesigning my website under the new name Andrew Media Productions? … Actually, I don’t think I ever told you that.

Point is, this is the new site design. Just like last time, I have another version of this theme ready for the main site, with a few modifications so that it will fit the content. Although this time I built the WP theme from the ground up, instead of just copy-pasting stuff into Kubrick.

Now I have stuff organized by “Game News” and “Tutorials”, since I’ll be using this site for both of them. I’m having some trouble migrating all the posts over to the new way I’m organizing stuff, but I’ll get everything working eventually. I’ve already had to delete and restore a backup twice, hopefully no more screw-ups. Let me know what you think of the new theme, and I’ll finish up and upload the home site sometime next week.
